Detail Characteristics:

1. 0.06m3 (L38cm * W38cm * H46cm octagonal liner) has a large capacity and space. It can handle multiple works at one time, greatly improving the firing efficiency and making it more practical.
2. 8 sides and bottom are surround the heating wire, the three-dimensional circulation is heated in all directions. The firing is even and natural to avoid problems, such as clay burning, work deformation, work burning crack, and the finished product is better.
3. The maximum temperature of selected silicon molybdenum wire is 1350.C, long service life. And the temperature and service life of the electric kiln have been greatly improved. The maximum temperature of silicon nickel wire selected by many manufactures can only reach 1250.C. The life of the electric kiln will not be long after firing at high temperature!
4. Selected new lightweight mullite brick as insulation, which is not only light in weight, but also the key is that the thermal expansion and contraction at high temperature and low temperature are not easy to cause cracks.
5. Five layer safety energy insulation and scald proof kiln body (silicon molybdenum wire +polycrystalline cotton layer +new mullite brick +high-quality national standard steel plate + folded type plate paint on both sides for rust prevention and corrosion resistance). External scald prevention, internal temperature locking, reduce heat emission, lower the temperature of the kiln body, and heat insulation is not hot. During firing, the temperature of the whole room does not rise more than 2. C, safe and secure. And it is easy cleaning.
6. Exquisite universal wheel, single wheel can bear 250kg, made of compression resistant material, and equipped with fixed locking rotating device, which is convenient for handling and moving.
7. The top is designed with a fire observation hole, and is equipped with a polycrystalline cotton cap, which is convenient to take and it is double insulated.
